Overview
The inflammatory disorders of the Central Nervous System (CNS) can be primary (inflammation only) or secondary (associated with other disorders such as degenerative or metabolic diseases), and can also be part of the systemic inflammatory diseases. This talk is aimed to provide an overview of primary inflammatory disorders of CNS, with particular emphasis on how neuropathology contributes to the diagnosis and patient management in adult and paediatric settings.
