Learning lessons from coroners’ reports – Preventable Deaths Tracker

One in five deaths are avoidable, yet there is no system in place to investigate these deaths. The Preventable Deaths Tracker is a vigilance platform that provides the first database of all published coroner reports in England and Wales. In this talk, Dr Richards will share insights about the development of the Tracker and the future research as the new 2024 King’s Prize Fellow.
