This e-learning course provides clinical staff with essential knowledge of food safety in hospital settings. It covers key food safety legislation, common hazards, personal hygiene, safe food handling, storage, refrigeration, and cleaning practices. The course also highlights the importance of effective allergen management to protect vulnerable patients. On completion, staff will be better equipped to apply safe food practices in their day-to-day clinical roles.
