This resource is aimed at healthcare professionals working in cancer care and provides real and fictional role profiles mapped to the ACCEND framework across leadership, advanced and consultant education (LACE) levels of practice. It explores career journeys, qualifications, skills and aspirations of roles such as radiographers, lead nurses, nurse consultants and speech therapists structured around the 4 pillars of practice: clinical, education, leadership and research. Learners are supported to identify progression pathways, educational opportunities and strategies for aligning their development with the competencies required for diverse roles within the cancer workforce.
