Case Study: Becoming Simulation Faculty Large Group Pilot - NHSE Midlands
In this case study,NHSE Midlands and the University of Birmingham describe how they adapted the existing BSF workshop format to train approximately 50 candidates per day and to integrate more detailed debrief training specific to the local requirements, based on existing learning.
