Student Doctors Documents
The aim of this module is to be aware of the various types of documents available and to know what a document that has been marked in error looks like.
Documentation is recorded on Meditech, paper notes should not be used.
Student doctors are not able to sign documents.
It is important to note that within the live system there are more documents.
Many specialties and departments have their own specific documents.
