Person Centred Approaches Programme
E-learning to support the person centred approaches framework which was developed by Skills for Health, Skills for Care and NHS HEE. The scope of this learning is to introduce the behaviours, knowledge and skills for person centred approaches including communication, relationship building and enabling and supporting perople.
Five stories will cover core transferable behaviours, knowledge and skills for person centred approaches.
