Welcome to Foundation Training for Freedom to Speak Up Guardians. This training will help you to understand the functions and expectations of the Freedom to Speak Up Guardian role and how to perform it effectively. In this module we will learn about the background and scope of speaking up, why it matters, and the part you will play in improving the culture of your organisation and the broader healthcare environment.
