FICare: Individualising care to tackle partnership
We're excited to bring you our first webinar as part of the Bliss Wales Programme, funded by the Welsh Government. The session explores how important it is to care for every baby and family in order to ensure FICare delivery can be effectively implemented. We share parent experiences, practical examples from across Wales and an opportunity to reflect on current practice and what could be changed to tackle barriers and invite parents to be partners in their baby's care.
Rydym yn falch o gyflwyno ein gweminar gyntaf fel rhan o Raglen Bliss Cymru, a ariennir gan Lywodraeth Cymru. Bydd y sesiwn yn ystyried pa mor bwysig yw gofalu am bob babi a theulu er mwyn sicrhau y gellir gweithredu darpariaeth FICare yn effeithiol. Rydym yn bwriadu rhannu profiadau rhieni, enghreifftiau ymarferol o bob cwr o Gymru, a chyfle i fyfyrio ar arferion presennol ac ar yr hyn y gellid ei newid i oresgyn rhwystrau a gwahodd rhieni i fod yn bartneriaid yng ngofal eu babi.
