Leadership, Advanced and Consultant Education (LACE) levels of practice toolkit

This elearning toolkit supports healthcare professionals working in leadership, advanced and consultant roles across cancer care including those in academic and research-focused posts. It introduces the aspirant cancer career and education development [ACCEND] framework, career pathways, core capabilities in practice, education requirements, role profiles and self-assessment approaches across the four pillars of clinical practice, leadership, education and research. Learners can use the toolkit to identify development needs, explore relevant education and training and apply capability frameworks to career progression, workforce development and non-surgical oncology practice.
