Art Therapy Activity - Continuous Line Drawing

Not yet rated

In this continuous line drawing activity, art therapist Megan shows how a simple line can help you understand and think about emotions. The goal is to not let the line crash into itself or jump. You can think of a story to go with the line and end up with a visual map. This activity helps focus and takes some concentration and control. Children can experience control over what kind of journey their line goes on and get involved in imaginative play.
