Audience: All Staff
Duration: 60 minutes
By the end of this programme you will be able to:
- Choose an appropriate coaching style to adopt for a coachee's level of skill and will for a task
- Summarise directive and non-directive approaches and recognise when each are appropriate to utilise
- Recognise relevant questions to ask to promote disucssion, follow up and establish actions to be taken
