A report and practical guide to asset based learning, using End of Life Care as an example.  

An asset based approach should build on resources (assets) within a learningcommunity that can be brought together to deliver end of life care learning tomeet common goals, and can vary depending on the skills, knowledge and connections within each community.  This report offers a practical guide to help extend the asset based approach already existing in end of life care into a learning and development model.
