By the end of this programme you will be able to:
- Define clinically related challenging behaviour and recognise its common causes and signs
- Identify, reduce and manage risks associated with clinically related challenging behaviour
- Identify positive steps all staff can take to help prevent clinically related challenging behaviourandprovide the best support and care for patients
- Explain the role of the Security Management Director and Local Security Management Specialist
