Consent

This package will explore the consent in terms of the legal requirements. There will be a focus on the practical process of consent in addition to examining the key case law and legislation that underpins true and valid consent. Mental Capacity will be explored, and we will examine the Mental Capacity Act (2005) and its recent amendments.
