Haringey Training Hub - Mindfulness Session - 19 May 2020

This is one of the weekly mindfulness sessions to understand how mindfulness can help to cope with the current stresses around the coronavirus, with some guided meditations to release some tension.

Sessions include short teaching and time for your questions at the end of the meditations.

They are being held every Tuesday from 1:00pm to 1:30pm and led by Jeanne-Marie Slinger, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, IAPT Whittington Health will be leading the sessions.
