Not yet rated

Care after Death guidance highlights good practice and confirms a process by which everyone who is involved can ensure that the experience for those coping with the loss of someone important to them is as good as it can be. This second edition of the guidance builds on the first, which was generated for nurses and those who had nursing tasks delegated to them. It also had a relevance for health and social care professionals.

Authors of guidance include; National Nurse Consultant Group, Royal College of Nursing, NHS Improving Quality, Royal College of Pathologists, the National Council for Palliative Care, Royal College of GPs.
