376 Mental Capacity Act - For Non clinical Staff
RDaSH - This module will take you approximately 30 - 40 minutes to complete, it is suitable for all non clinical support staff. By the end of this module you will: Understand the scope of the MCABe able to apply the principles of the MCA to interactions with service users Know where to access Trust support resources. This module introduces the safeguards within the Mental Capacity Act and options for how people can plan for their future. It also covers how to access Trust policies and further resources.
