This Course covers:
- Printing letters,for example, if a patient has lost their appointment letter and needs another copy or printing an associated letter afteryou have booked an appointment.
- Viewing a patient’s correspondence history within CaMIS.
- Viewing Outpatient Details via Patient Index and using the Contacts tab in the Patient Registration window to display attendances across all Trust sites.
