This training is required by all staff to ensure that they meet their own personal requirements under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. This training provides a broad overview of Health & Safety legislation; be able to identify relevant Trust Policies in relation to Health and Safety and where they are located; and understand how to report and escalate Health & Safety concerns. It will also provide a basic asbestos awareness and awareness of slips, trips and falls for staff.
