EPRAT
To gain this competency you are required to achieve 80% in the test and also complete, with your matron or tissue viability link practitioner (RN), the practical component of the competency sign off.
Remember that risk assessment is only one part of the process, competent practitioners are required to make a reasoned clinical judgment that aids them to develop a care plan and monitor its delivery.
