The E-Learning Clinical Risk Assessment & Management Course to make staff aware of the ~Trust's accountability and responsibility structure in regards to suicide prevention and risk management which is in line with the Trust's Clinical Risk Assessment & Management for Individual Service Users Policy.
Ensuring there is a clear understanding of the key standards in regards to risk management and the Trust's policies and procedures used to support this.
Providing knowledge on the latest information and statistics in regards to risk and harm and positive risk management practice, giving staff the chance to reflect on skills within this area and share good practice.
