The module is to highlight types of fraud and potential bribery offences within the NHS. At the end of this module staff will to be able to: Identify the different types of fraud and have an understanding of the Fraud Act 2006. Develop an understanding for the Bribery Act 2010. Understand key points of The Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy
