Remote consultations - Virtual HUG

This course has three modules relating to video consultations and will award you one CPD point.
Module 1: Your online clinic
This module will cover a range of practical considerations; connectivity, patient view, privacy, and sound, and offers a range of examples and principles to follow when delivering your online clinic.
Module 2: Clinician as host
As a host of virtual consultations, you will learn how best to communicate with your patients to make sure they are safe and comfortable and ready to talk to you so that you can both make the most out of the consultation.
Module 3: Soft skills
This is all about reminding you of the importance of human connection when consulting, making the tech disappear and focussing on building rapport with your patients, leaving you both smiling at the end of the call.
