This module on malnutrition and nutrition support in adults is aimed at any healthcare professional or support worker involved in:

The nutritional screening of adult inpatients and outpatients;
Those planning nutritional care
Delivery and serving of food or drink to inpatients
Monitoring of food and drink for inpatients.

It does not cover nutritional support identification and treatment in those under the age of 18 years old.

This module is written by the Nutrition & Dietetic Service and relates to care at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospitals.
