The course objectives:

  • To guide managers through how the RECOVER model of wellbeing can help

    to prepare for wellbeing discussions

  • Explore how to initiate wellbeing conversations with empathetic listening

  • Understand the role equity plays in wellbeing

  • Introduce the ABC model of appreciation as a tool to celebrate success

  • Understand the role optimism plays in wellbeing

  • Explore how values are linked to improved wellbeing

  • Identify simple tools and practices to help manage stress

  • Learn about the importance of reaching out to others in managing our

    wellbeing

The course description:

This course guides managers through the RECOVER model to help them to have more effective discussions about wellbeing with their team members.
