The course description:
In this detailed course, we explore in depth various tools and approaches to helping leaders to lead with values. We cover topics such as appreciation, optimism, giving feedback, strengths based coaching and building stronger, meaningful relationships. This course helps empower individuals to communicate effectively and to get their best out of others whilst also challenging thinking about our own beliefs and perspectives with the aim of achieving better outcomes for ourselves and our teams.
The audience: All leaders in clinical and non-clinical roles.
