Not yet rated

The Professional Record Standards Body (PRSB) develop standards for health and social care records. Standards exist to improve the safety and quality of health and social care. Information can be recorded in a standardised way making it easier to share between digital systems across many services.

This toolkit covers:

  • The clinical user experience (what information should be collected)
  • Information modelling for incorporating into local systems design
  • Interoperability and sharing of data with other settings and systems
  • Building support and engagement with local staff who will be affected by the change.
