Healthcare professionals have a trusted position in the lives of older adults. In a context where the retirement age is rising and many older people wish to stay in work for longer, this session gives general guidance about opportunities for helping them do that, combatting discrimination and Making Every Contact Count for our ageing population. Suggesting vital changes to lifestyle through brief conversations will aid long-term health at work.
