The course objectives:

• To share evidence about the impacts of bullying and inappropriate behaviour

• To explore different perspectives involved – the target, the accused, thewitness and the manager

• To introduce learners to the Respectful Resolution pathway and give them an opportunity to practice using some of the resources

• To introduce practical tools and resources to help learners work throughconflicts and give feedback safely and effectively and resolve issues

The course description: This course guides learners through the Respectful Resolution Pathway. Learners will be guided through each step of the pathway, with interactive tasks and practices. Learners will gain a deeper understanding of the impacts of bullying and inappropriate behaviours and what constitutes bullying and inappropriate behaviour as well as equipping them with the tools and skills to give feedback safely and effectively.

The audience: All staff in clinical and non-clinical roles
