ACPRC Self Assessment Questionnaire
Thepurpose of this ‘self evaluation’ questionnaire is to help you to identify yourspecific strengths and weaknesses in relation to acute respiratory care and on callrespiratory physiotherapy. These specificrespiratory skills are inadditionto thegeneric skills identified in the CSPstandards and the Knowledge and SkillsFramework.
You could use the results of this evaluation in your personal portfolioand alsoas abasis for any appraisal and/or discussions with senior staff prior toundertaking oncall work.When signed by senior staff or following peer reviewthis tool could provideevidence of competence in Acute Respiratory Care.
