This e-learning has been developed by SW London ICS for anyone managing a team within the NHS. The learning aims to raise awareness of menopause and help managers to support staff experiencing menopausal symptoms.
By the end of the learning you should be able to:
- Recognise what menopause is
- Identify why menopause matters to your team
- Apply your knowledge to create a supportive environment for your team
- Signpost people to relevant resources
