BeeFree - support for patients with chronic pain and mental health
Evidence based resourcesaimed at clinicians, volunteers and patients themselves. There is an informative animation, free online training and a repository of national and local (Staffordshire) organisations which offer support, hobbies, friendship and signposting to further help. The 'Hive Five' has tips to feel better:

On this website you will find free training and resources to help patients to manage long term pain and their mental health, which have been put together by patients, working with experts at Keele University, Mind and the NHS.
