Higher Education Pathway for Armed Forces- Collaboration and Attraction working together for success
This session was delivered by Amanda Cox from the University of Leicester and Dr Nicky Morrell-Scott from NHS England WTE NW.
The focus of this session was to discuss the strategies that the University of Leicester employed to create a pathway for Armed Forces personnel into healthcare careers – Amanda Cox.
The session also explored the challenges faced by the families of military personnel and the opportunities that providers could utilise through the NMC standards for education and training.
