Chaperone eLearning
This eLearning provides learners with the knowledge and skills to act confidently and appropriately as a chaperone in healthcare settings. It explores the legal, ethical, and professional responsibilities involved, including when and why chaperones are needed. Learners will gain an understanding of intimate examinations, patient consent, confidentiality, and safeguarding principles. The eLearning also focuses on effective communication, respectful conduct, and accurate record-keeping, ensuring learners are equipped to support safe, dignified care and know how to escalate concerns where appropriate.
