Corporate Mandatory Training 2025
All people employed by LCHS are expected to undertake basic level training to minimise the risks associated with the provision of healthcare, provide assurance against policies and ensure the organisation meets the standards defined by the Core Skills Training Framework.
Compliance is verified as part of the annual appraisal process, failure to maintain compliance may result in withholding of pay progression and personal and professional development opportunities as specified in the Your Performance Matters policy.
