Change Management Network and Toolkit

Not yet rated

NHS England's Digital Transformation Directorate's Change Management Network is a collaborative space for those interested in change management or undertaking change initiatives of any size or complexity, especially but not exclusively related to Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT). You may be:-

  • a 'seasoned' Change Manager, wanting to share your experience and gain new insights.
  • a Project Manager, unsure of the change activities that should be carried out to make your project a success.
  • someone interested in change management and just want to know more about it.

You may be working on a change initiative considered to have a LOW level of complexity - generally characterised by havinga high degree of certainty, being smaller in size, with clear stakeholders and can be managed using standard procedures andmethodologies.

You may be working on a change initiative considered to have a HIGH level of complexity - generally characterised as having a high degree of uncertainty, being large in size, politically sensitive, technically complex, with a large number of stakeholders and often needing procedures andmethodologies to be adapted to suit unique situations.

Whatever size or shape of your change initiative, the Change Management Network will be able to help either through access to the Change Management Toolkit, the Discussion Forum or the Learning and Support materials.
