818 Incident Response and Business Continuity Awareness Training
Disruption can strike at any time, and when it does, the NHS must keep running. Patients still need care, and essential services must continue.
This course equips LCHS staff with the knowledge of Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR), Business Continuity, and Lockdown procedures. You’ll learn the Trust’s responsibilities, key incident management principles, and your role in keeping services safe and operational.
The course is split into four short modules, followed by an assessment.
