This course is designed with workplace learners in mind and as an introduction to the Edward Jenner Programme.
It will suit you if formal education isn’t for you but you want to make the most out of a personal development opportunity.The course will help you make the most out of your development opportunities by understanding how to gather support from your manager and colleagues to maximise your growth.
With guidance from the experts at NHS Leadership Academy, you’ll discover how you can make the most out of life-long learning opportunities in everyday workplace situations. By the end of the course, you’ll have the confidence and skills to start your journey of learning and development in the workplace.
The course will also help you prepare for the NHS Leadership Academy’s Edward Jenner Leadership development programme.
A free upgrade is available for NHS staff who register for the course using the above link.The upgrade means that you’ll receive a certificate of completion as well as unlimited access to the course sessions and materials.
