This course is designed for health and care managers and supervisors and will help you develop core inclusive leadership skills.

On this course, you’ll get an in-depth look at the core concepts relating to equality, diversity and inclusivity (EDI) policies. With this foundation, you’ll be able to examine and understand the impact that racism, privilege, intersectionality, and allyship have on levels of prejudice and acceptance at work.

As you move through the course, you’ll get to reflect on how your work experiences have shaped your own attitudes, identify staff and groups who need support, and design policies that allow you to lead with inclusion and allyship.
