Multi-Source Feedback (MSF)

Multi-Source Feedback (MSF) is an assessment tool that gathers feedback from a wide range of individuals who interact with a healthcare professional in their daily practice. This feedback typically comes from multiple sources, including colleagues, supervisors, patients, and other members of the healthcare team, offering a comprehensive perspective on the professional’s performance.
