The Foundations of Strategic Communications course is designed to equip participants with the essential tools and strategies needed to communicate effectively within technical environments. Participants will learn how to convey complex information with clarity and confidence, enhancing their communication skills at every level. The course is structured into four comprehensive modules, each focusing on different aspects of strategic communication, including technical communication foundations, audience analysis, leadership communications, and communication styles.
Course Description (Short): This course provides essential strategies for effective communication in technical environments, focusing on audience understanding, verbal and nonverbal cues, and leadership communication.
Course Format: The course is divided into four modules, each containing lessons and module-end assessments. The format includes reading materials, practical exercises, and assessments to reinforce learning.
