- Tobacco / Cigarette smoking has long since been identified as the biggest public health problem within our society.
- In 2008 the department of health (DOH) called for hospital premises and grounds to be smoke free.
- Within this training package you will find information to give you a better understanding of the problem and how you can help service users/patients to manage their nicotine addiction in a safer way.
- Following the reading there will be an assessment to complete the module.
