Not yet rated

This article is a very useful resource to give some background information about how we can classify brain tumours using methylation profiling. It provides information about how the brain tumour classifier was developed and can be used in diagnostic work and in the research arena. A 'must-read' document for any neuropathology trainees or aspiring neuropathologists!! But also may be of interest to the general histopathology community - methylation profiling is being used in sarcoma classification and other tumours too!!
