This case study template is based on the SAFARI process and is designed to capture your findings at the PRE, DURING and POST stages.

Community of Practice (COP) members are strongly encouraged to go on ‘SAFARI’ and conduct a discovery. Once you’ve been on SAFARI, please download the template below so you cancapture and collate your results and with witih other COP members.
