Getting Started: Projects and Change
This session will cover an introduction to project management – starting off with what it is, why it is important and how it will help you. The session will then move into explaining further important information on projects and their close links to change, benefits and business as usual activities. We will then explore some different types of project methods that are available to use, and in which situations we may use them.
