Extract from article:

As GP registrars and newly qualified GPs, it is easy to slip into 'survival mode', where the focus is simply on getting through each day. Even when surrounded by inspiring educators, the idea of portofolio working can feel distant or elusive - almost like there's a 'them and us' divide. This article explores teh realities of a portfolio GP career. We'll look at the variety of roles available, the valuable skills you already have and how you can continue to develop professionally through diversification.
