IFPP: Microlearnings Resource

5 out of 5 (1 rating)

The North School of Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation has developed a series of learning guides which we have named ‘microlearning’ – this represents an emphasis on short sessions which focus on your learning in practice. These microlearning sessions have been integrated into the Interim Foundation Pharmacist Programme (IFPP) to support foundation pharmacists across England.

This resource lists the Microlearnings that are currently available as part of the IFPP:

  • Learning needs analysis
  • Looking after your health and wellbeing
  • Portfolio development
  • Introduction to supervision
  • Constructive feedback
