Welcome to the third eLearning module, Supporting Patients to take their Medicines. This module provides a general and brief overview of patients takingmedicines and the risks involved. It focuses on patient safety issues, roles and responsibilities and understanding how medicines can affect patients. It introduces the basic concepts of safety in administration to all staff new to working with medicines.

This module offers support for learning or revision along with a variety of extra learning materials including case studies, activities, factsheets and reflective exercises.
