Perinatal Positivity - Maternal Mental Health information film
Purpose: to encourage parents-to-be to prepare for and think about looking after their mental health through pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Outcome: a film and resources brought together in a website and shared widely though social media, anti-natal groups and classes and health professionals.
The film and resources are free to use by GPs, Midwives and Health Visitors, as well as for professional training. The film was winner Journal of Health Visiting Award (2019) and is available in twelve languages.
